Today I have Lippmann "Superstar"..and it's just short of gorgeous!!
Lippmann "Superstar"
2 coats, topped with INM "Out the door" and a last coat of Seche Vite.
I love this formula. It's so stunning. Gorgeous bronze glitter in a brown jelly base. It went on with no issues, and delivered the bling on the nail as promised in the bottle!
Indoors this color just looks like brown glitter in a black jelly, kinda remind me of dull pepper, honestly, but in the sun light...BAM! It's like any superstar, it shines best under the spotlight! :)
Now just like any wonderful glitter, the only SANE way to remove them is "The Foil Method" and I had the perfect product to do this with delivered to my door by Born Pretty.
Lint Free Nail Wipes...woohoo. These are awesome, no longer will I have to fight off the random strands of cotton left behind by the evil cotton ball.LOL! :)
These are really cool, because they are thin yet, really resistant to tearing an shredding!
See how they have fibers, and they are perfect for removing glitters, regular polish and perfect for applying toner to your face, and this package will seriously last me forever, and they are only $7.77. I spend more on cotton balls and pads. :)
Also if you think 1 sheet is too thin, you can double or triple up with no serious "bulk issues".
So I cut one sheet into 4 squares and off I went....
a little of this...
a little of that....
one clean swipe and....
and the glitter is OFF! I love the "foil method" and I love Born Pretty for providing this great "non-lint" option and whats even better is that they are providing a discount for my followers, 10% Off when you use the code:JS10K31.
Woo Hoo, go get yourself some "non-lint" love from Born Pretty

This is one of my fav glitters! I just love that it looks super on both long and short nails! :) Maybe I should try those swipes some time...
Amazing, I love love love glitter and shimmer, but when it comes times to take it off...&%$@#*
Oh very neat lint free swipes. I've started using the foil method for most removal...I feel like it is easier on my cuticles.
Superstar is one of my all time favorite polishes, but I've only worn it once...gotta rectify that!
@Varnish Vixen- I totally agree, my cuticles get less irritated and dried out when I use this method.
@Courtpara- So true, so true :)
@Perdyclaws- They work awesome, I use them for everything.

Those sheets look nice--less bulky than the cotton rounds I've been using.
