Whimsical Ideas by Pam

I have been on a super crazy indie polish kick lately. I love indie polishes because they are unique, and when I purchase them I get to help out fellow polish lovers like myself, who are super talented enough to create great polishes from scratch!

Today I have a super sweet treat from Whimsical Ideas by Pam. Pam has a super cute page on Facebook called whimsical ideas by pam. Thru Facebook you can email her which polish you would like to purchase and she will email you back an invoice with payment instructions.  Her polishes are ADORABLE, and so cute!

If you don't have a Facebook account, she also has a website, HERE by the same now or you can email me and I ill send you her direct email address for orders :) You can check out her Facebook site by clicking on my sidebar picture under "Candy Shop of the Month", to the right.

I purchased  "Seuss", and "Saturday Morning Cartoons", and I love them both! Check out those cute bows!!!!

When you purchase from her, she packs each order with these cute messages and top coat suggestions and removal instructions!

"Seuss"
3 coats, no top coat.

Seuss has a fabulous turquoise base with small blue micro-glitter and silver and red hexagon glitter. 3 coats isn't a must to make this opaque, but with 3 coats, you get great "glitter layers", it looks awesome! Plus, who doesn't love Dr. Seuss, but I must admit, "Cat in the Hat" is not my favorite Seuss book, my favorite is "The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins"...best Seuss EVER!!!!!

This glitter polish was super easy to apply, and even easier to get glitter on the nail. Next time I wear it I'll do a base of similar color, so I do not have to use so much of my Seuss, plus it makes glitter removal easier :)

I didn't have to hold my polish bottle upside down for several ours or "dab" the glitter on. In fact, the bottles had been sitting on my counter for 3 days and all I did was grab them and apply, that's it, perfect glitter placement. :) Another great thing is they dry pretty smooth, not super gritty, and these do not eat top coat, 1 coat of Seche Vite and they were perfect!

"Saturday Morning Cartoons"
3 coats, no top coat

S.M.C. is a great blue jelly base with red, green and blue hexagon glitter, and blue micro-glitter! Awesome, and just like Seuss, it is super easy to apply, no glitter placement required, just apply and be amazed.

This polish is so indicative of those feeling you used to get as a kid, waking up Saturday morning and first  thinking... "NO SCHOOL"...yeah, CARTOONS!!!!  Running to the TV and switching it on...that was the best feeling! Sitting in your PJ's, with your pillow and blanket watching cartoons in the living room...awesome!

Now-a-days, they have The Cartoon Network and other stations that pay Cartoons ALL Day...it's just not the same!

So those are my 2 pretties from Pam and I love them both! if you want a bottle for yourself or a gift, just check out her FACEBOOK or WEBSITE, and grab a bottle, they are $10 each plus shipping.

Happy Monday and Keep It sweet!
