OPI Muppets Collection Holiday 2011: Swatches and Review

Yep, here they are!!! Finally!   :)

Since the glitters are not as opaque as a lot of us had hoped, I decided to layer them over my favorite OPI colors from my collection, that are similar in color and tone :)

First up, are the GLITTERS...(no top coats)

This clear based multi-glitter packs a punch!!!!!

The perfect pink multi-glitter. This is actually pretty perfect!..and I am not a pink fan, and I think this one is NICE!

Now for the SHIMMERS....(no top coats)

Blue toned red shimmer.  I love reds with blue undertones, so this one had me from the jump.

This one is a coral/pink foil! Bright, hot and definitely true to "Animals" Style. :)

A hot raspberry pink with glass fleck shimmer.

 I love how the glass fleck shimmers are hidden  and almost buried, but not so much that you don't see it in the sunlight!  The only thing I would say is this one, needs a top coat to really shine like wine! :)

A warm chocolate bronze shimmer, gorgeous!

Love this one! It's a a light taupe champagne fol with pink/coral shimmer. Very pretty!



*WHEW*...We made it to the bottom.  I know OPI usually does 12 bottle collections, but this one seemed longer than usual...LOL. :)

All the shimmers applied perfectly. The glitters were a bit sheer for me (except Excuse moi! which was great), but layered on top of another color, they are allowed to still shine :)

My favorites: Gone Gonzo, Excuse Moi, Meep-Meep-Meep, Designer De Better, and Pepe's Purple Passion.
