Nicole by OPI Launches Four New Spring Shades, Exclusively for Target

Nicole by OPI announces four new nail lacquers to be exclusively retailed at Target. From candy apple red and iridescent lilac to shimmering pink and a silvery sparkle, these four hues are designed to bring color to winter’s darker palette, transitioning nails into spring.
