Swatches from the New Collection from Literary Lacquers "Green Gables".

I have a special treat for you today. Literary Lacquers has given me 2 colors from their newest collection, to show you today!

Literary Lacquers is releasing a new collection TODAY called "Green Gables" inspired by Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maude Montgomery.

The collection will be available at NOON (MST) and will have 6 new colors:

Green Gables "Midtoned grass green linear holo"
Lake of Shining Waters "Murky teak linear holo"
Raspberry Cordial  "Raspberry pink linear holo with added holo glitter"
Anne With an E "Opalescent glitter top coat"
Carrots Carrots "Peachy-orange crelly with tons of orange glitter"
Marilla's Amethyst Brooch "Amethyst shimmer with a pink to orange color shifting flash"

Today I  will be showing you "Green Gables" and "Marilla's Amethyst Brooch".

Literary Lacquers "Green Gables"
3 coats, no top coat

Bottle Shot

"Green Gables" is a medium tone green linear holographic polish.  It applied very well, and need 3 coats for opacity.  It is smooth, and looks indoors and outside under the sun. It reminds me a lot of Nubar "Reclaim".  Unlike Reclaim,  you can still enjoy a nice holographic shimmer indoors under florescent lighting with "Green Gables", Reclaims "glory" disappears once you are no longer in sunlight...Green Gables WINS!. LOVE! :)

Literary Lacquers "Marilla's Amethyst Brooch"
2 coats, no top coat

Bottle Shot

"Marilla's Amethyst Brooch" is a soft amethyst shimmer with specks of lavender and pink shimmer. Applied very well, and dried fast to a nice smooth texture. I did see the "orange flash" when I was in low light, but my camera could not capture it :(

Both colors are unique and very pretty, but "Green Gables" wins it for me! :)

Full bottle sizes (.5oz/15ml) will be available on the etsy site Literary Lacquers  TODAY for $10.00 and there will be an option to buy the full collection for $55.00. Follow Literary Lacquers on Facebook, to keep up with the latest and greatest.

Keep It Sweet!
