Gorgeous right?, yeah I am in love with the BLING of this holographic polish...smooth, easy, gorgeous!
Then after 2 days, I decided to add some CRACK to it...LOL :)

Well, I meant if you can layer Shimmer, not Shatter, hihi. I have already seen that one a lot over different colors. ;)
