Here we are again, me and my blue tips..
Today I have Finger Paints "Blissfully Blue" and "Floatin' On A Cloud" from the "Heavenly Miracles Collection 2010"
I love blues, but I DO NOT like all pastel blues, so it takes a pretty nice pastel blue to get me to like it AND buy it.
Blissfully Blue
3 coats, but only 2 was necessary.
The formula was nice, creamy but not thick, easy to manage. The photo makes it seem as if the color leans more green, but it is a beautiful "blue" based pastel blue. (if that makes sense).
Then I added their glitter "Floatin' On A Cloud". 2 coats
True "Candy Coated Tips"!
Then I decided to see how O.P.I. "Silver Snowflakes" Glitter Top Coat would look on top.
It's a simple silver glitter, no holographic quality, but still a nice "icing" on the polish...NO?
After all this talk of candy coatings and icing, I think I need a little "heavenly treat" ...I'm off to the cupcake shop :P

That blue is so pretty on you. I fell in love with this color too late - and now I can't find it at any of the Sally's around me =(
