This is 1 coat of OPI "Blue Shatter" over 2 coats of OPI "Alpine Snow", and then topped with 1 coat of TC.
It has this great shimmer to it, which is a new thing for shatters, and I really like how it shines!
See that shimmer, it almost has flashes of teal...awesome and very unique for a shatter! :) This will be great over yellows!! :)
