China Glaze Awakening Collection Halloween 2010

I've been waiting for this collection for a long time, but I have to say, I'm gonna have to keep working on these, to get the application down.

I have all 3 colors here and I decided to use the 3 top coats I'm giving away in my giveaway that ends Oct 8th, enter HERE.

All the fingers are in this order
Index: 3 coats with "Ghoulish Glow" top coat (I couldn't photograph it)
Middle: 3 coats with "Matte Magic" top coat
Ring:  3 coats with "Hidden Treasure" top coat
Pinky: 3 coats with "Seche Vite" top coat

Here is "Mummy May I"
3 coats

Loved it, no issues, great purple jelly base and the purple/fuchsia glitter is awesome.  And WOW, look what "Hidden Treasure" does to this it! the picture doesn't show it but there is this great orange/pink duo-chrome action going on , on the ring finger that has "Hidden Treasure". :)

Here is "Zombie Zest"
3 coats

Obvious VNL in the sunlight, but in the shadows this polish is Okay.  "Hidden Treasure" really adds great orangey flakes to this one, very spooky!!!!

Here is "Ick-A-Bod-Y"
3 coats

Yeah this one was cool, but a bit of a disappointment, the green jelly base is awesome next to the orange glitter, but I had trouble getting the glitter on the parts of the nail I wanted to cover??  I'm gonna have to work with this one.  Also, Hidden Treasure didn't do much for this one

Overall Matte Magic didn't really effect this crew, the glitter is so shiny it shined right thru... and the ghoulish glow works, but I couldn't photograph it at all

Happy Monday!!!!

Oh and I saw "The Social Network" on Friday and it was definitely a good movie, great acting by Jesse Eisenberg!

I love Mummy May I, but I haven't seen them anywhere around here. :( I want to see Social Network but don't think I could get the hubs to go with me.

Hidden Treasures look great over all of them esp. Mummy May I. I found MMI to bumpy for my tastes, but I absolutely love the color.

I love this collection. I want it so bad.

Layering Hidden treasure over Mummy May I takes away all the bumpies :):)

@MariaAndrea- Nope, definitely a purple/wine base, I think that's what gives it its appeal, it's so pretty with the purple base and fuchsia glitter. :)

I only got Mummy may I and I cannot wait to wear it. It looks so cool in pics and I bet it is even better in person

I really like them all but the formulas were disappointing to me, especially Ick-A-Bod-Y. So thick and droopy :-(

They look great on you!
